Did You Know?
‘Aquafaba’ is the thick water the beans and legumes are packed in. It is similar to egg white and can be used in meringues and marshmallows as well as a natural thickener for soups and sauces. Freeze aquafaba in ice cube trays and pop out one or two as needed!

This looks great and healthy! I’m going to try coating/seasoning them with wasabi powder. I love the wasabi peas sold in cans. Thanks
