Air fryers one of the best ways to make healthy food! It comes out so good every time and you really don’t need to add a lot of fat. I have several air fryers and THIS ONE is my favorite.

1. Whole Chicken

AIR FRYER WHOLE CHICKEN is so incredibly juicy and tender. It makes a great meal dinner with crispy skin and tender meat. It is also great for meal prep!ย ย TIPS: Start the chicken breast side down and flip after 30 minutes.

AIR FRYER CHICKEN BREASTS are lean, healthy, and very juicy. They’re great with air fryer veggies or sliced and served over a salad. Recipe Tip: Chicken breasts can vary in size from 5-10 oz so cooking time. Check them a bit early and cook until the temperature in the thickest part reaches 165ยฐF.

4. Air Fryer Vegetables

You can cook almost any veggie in the air fryer either individually (more below) or a VEGETABLE MIXTURE. Favorites include cauliflower, asparagus, zucchini, and brussels sprouts. Simply season and enjoy.

Dinner is ready in a fraction of the time in an air fryer. Meats come out tender and juicy with a nice crust, crumbs and coatings crisp up beautifully, and clean up is a breeze.

If cooking lean meat, check it early to ensure it doesn’t overcook and use an Instant Read Thermometer. A thermometer costs less than $20 and can ensure meat is always perfectly cooked, a small investment that is well worth it.

Vegetable Sides Made in the Air Fryer

Air fryer vegetables come out caramelized and delicious, much like roasted veggies. You can cook just one kind or use a mixture. Simply season and cook.

Tips

  1. Add a small amount of healthy oil. While you don’t need much, you do need a little bit.
  2. Dry vegetables well after washing or they will steam instead of crisp.
  3. Cook in a single layer and do not overcrowd the basket or the air won’t circulate properly. Cook in batches if needed.
  4. Shake/Flip as to allow them to crisp or brown evenly.
  5. Check foods early as appliances can vary.
