While I love the occasionally cheesy, melty, queso-riffic indulgence, yogurt dips are where it’s at! They’re light and healthy (this is a dill dip without mayo), which means I can not only make them more often but also eat more in a serving. They’re also crazy easy to make in advance and keep well for a few days in the fridge for intermittent snacking or advance party prep! Dare I say they’re even better the next day too? They totally are!
