Are you as ready for game day as we are?  There is not much I like better than a crowd pleasing recipe that’s ready in under 20 minutes. When you factor in something as tasty as fully loaded taquitos to the equation (that are a total cinch to make) I simply can’t resist!

One of the things I love about Taquitos is how easy they are to prepare. I’m excited to have partnered with Jose Ole to bring you this recipe because they’re one of my go-to snacks on game day, or anytime we have an occasion to gather together!

Jose ole taquitos box

To make this recipe extra quick for feeding your game day crew, we start with Jose Ole taquitos and bake them until warm and crisp.

If you have never had a Jose Ole taquito, imagine the deliciousness of a freshly baked corn tortilla that has been rolled around seasoned shredded beef and zesty green chiles. Now, take that delicious thought to the next level and add your favorite toppings… Sounds dreamy right?!

Next,  I create a simple dip in the blender which is creamy, and not overly spicy for the perfect dip and drizzle!  This Creamy Jalapeno Dip was made to mingle with the flavor of taquitos!  If you like a little more heat, leave seeds and membranes in jalapenos. If it is a smoky flavor you crave in your peppers the jalapenos can be roasted! This dip recipe can be made in advance, for easy serving (and will thicken slightly upon standing)!

There is no limit to how you can customize the loaded taquitos in this recipe! We love sour cream, onion, tomatoes, cilantro and of course blender Creamy Jalapeno dip!  You can use any toppings you like to give your taquitos a loaded flavor then drizzle them with the dip and enjoy!

If this isn’t perfect football food, I don’t know what is!
