I’m a huge fan of no bake desserts and even more so when those desserts take just FIVE MINUTES to make! That’s right, just 5 minutes and 6 ingredients to whip up this amazingly delicious dessert! If you have a budding chef in your kitchen (like my 11 year old daughter), this recipe is perfect! It’s so easy to make that even kids can put it together by themselves!
No only it is pretty but dessert tastes fabulous, similar to an ambrosia salad without coconut! It is essential to use lemon juice in this recipe as it thickens the mixture. If you substitute the lemon juice your pie won’t set up.

I’m not a big fan of the fruit flavored marshmallows, but I would love to try this with the plain mini ones. I think it would be delicious!
I make something similar, no crust, no eagle milk, and no lemon juice. I have made it for about 40 yrs. It is great!
I would love to have your recipe! I don’t like sweetened condensed milk! Would you mind sending it to me?
Hi, I’m abit stuck on the pineapple measurement, could somebody please help? I’m in Australia so how many grams of pineapple? Thanks
I found this conversion chart. I hope it helps.
I love some your recipes like the Rainbow pie but it calls for a Graham’s Pie crust which isn’t sold here in Australia – could a normal pie crust suffice?
Yes, or you can use another type of hard cookie with melted butter. Here is an easy no bake recipe .
You can make your own graham cracker crust. It’s really easy.
Just found this and it’s now in my camp cookbook, thank you
Your pie looks amazing and right up my alley.. Lol … I love creative everything pretty much and crave it as well. Thanks for sharing..
What size can of condensed milk?
14 oz.
Love your recipes. Keep them coming. Thank you!
Thank you Conni!!
Made this for New Years.
I give it a 3.5 out of 5.
It set nicely, but the flavors didn’t pop. Couldn’t taste the fruity marshmallows. The only bite that had a punch to it, was when you got a pineapple.
It was horrible, but it was bland.
Could you say this in a nicer way?
Please tell us what you REALLY think…
I wasn’t being rude. I was stating my opinion. That last part should read: It wasn’t horrible, but it was bland.
TOO BAD THE RECIPE DOESNT COME UP ON THE NET:(
The recipe is working for me. It should be just under the photo.
I was hoping someone would of asked is the topping , cream in a spray tin can yuo use whipped cream ? Thanks Dianne
I have only made the recipe as written but maybe someone else has tried it and can offer you a suggestion.
What does it mean when it says “fold in”?
Folding in the ingredients means gently stirring with a spatula. You’ll want to turn from the bottom of your bowl to the top until all ingredients are gently incorporated.
Do you know if you can use the bottled lemon juice? I have some left over from canning and am assuming it will be ok.
I haven’t tried it but I think it would work.
I use bottled all the time in eaglebrand recipes and it works well
We only have a chocolate oreo crust on hand, so we are going to give it a shot!
It is mounded up high. Should I refrigerate it without the lid?
The Rainbow Pie was a big hit… Thank you
You say you MUST use lemon but we have a lemon allergy in our family… we usually substitute lime for lemon in recipes… would this work?
I haven’t tried it with lime so I can’t say for sure. While I’m sure the lime would still taste great, the lemon does set up the pie so I’m not sure how it will set. If you do try it, please let us know how it works for you!
Prob just needs a citrus
Looks good,going to try this!
Love all the recipe so easy and delious too.
Most of the things are real good !!!!!!!
