This Reuben Pizza is a fun, creative twist on the classic sandwich!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes
Servings 8 slices

Ingredients  

  • 1 prebaked pizza crust 12"
  • ½ cup Thousand Island Dressing
  • ¼ pound deli corned beef sliced into strips
  • ¾ cup sauerkraut rinsed and squeezed out
  • ½ cup swiss cheese shredded
  • ½ cup mozzarella shredded
  • ¼ teaspoon caraway seeds optional
  • 2 pickles sliced

Instructions 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Spread thousand island dressing on pizza crust.
  • Top with corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese, and caraway seeds (optional).
  • Baked for 12-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
  • Top with sliced pickles and serve!

Notes

Leftovers can be kept in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the oven until heated through.
