Pepperoni Pizza Puffs in a stack

This is a great change from every day pizza!  We love pizza in our house including grilled pizza, Pizza Pasta Salad or even a cheesy Pizza Pasta Bake!

These pizza puffs are not only delicious, they’re quick and easy to whip up!  The texture is nice and fluffy with a cheesy flavor!

I added red pepper and pepperoni but you can definitely add in your favorite toppings.  If you add in extra veggies (such as mushrooms) with a high water content, be sure to cook them first.

Be sure to grease your pan VERY well, or they will stick!  To release them from the pan, run a butter knife around the edges of each puff and gently lift them out!

  1. These were easy to make! But I felt like I was missing some flavor or spice.  All in all it came out good.  Son still ate them up!4 stars

  2. These are absolutely adorable! They sound like they would be easy to adapt with different add-ins and flavours too. I’m bookmarking this recipe for the next party. I have a feeling if I made them for myself for dinner I would like to be able to stop myself from eating the whole batch!

  3. These were very good! I doubled the recipe which yielded 12 puffs that baked in 25 minutes. I used diced pizza mozzarella for the shredded and cheese strings, as I don’t buy them. I also added 2 tbsps grated parmesan. I would double the basil and garlic next time, maybe use minced garlic instead of powder. I also quartered the pepperoni slices to make them bite sized. Nice lunch for school, thanks!4 stars

  4. Made these tonight for my church girls party. They were a big hit. I also made them in mini muffin tins(made 24), worked really good for little hands.5 stars

  5. I’d use either the sausage-honey garlic Johnson’s bruts, or use cut up ham or turkey. Cause deadly allergic to pepper spices. Which is black, white, red, cayenne, purple, paprika, sage, & poultry seasoning, or some mixed spices which contains pepper spices. Here’s a substitute for pepper spices-use Clubhouse Italian seasoning instead, which has the red lid only. Contains dehydrated red pepper as a vegetable. or use coriander. For paprika use turmeric , such as you use for deviled eggs, or potato salad.

  6. Would it be okay to make the mix before hand, put in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half then take out to put in the oven? Thanks!

  7. Made these last week and really enjoyed them! Thanks for sharing your recipe. I didn’t use the cheese strings because I didn’t have them; just increased the amount of grated cheese. They were delicious straight out of the oven and great out of the fridge the next day. I’m making more tonight.

    1. Sorry, I posted my comment before I was finished!

Have you ever tried doubling the recipe? I think I’ll give it a go later this week.

      1. I’m so glad you loved them! I haven’t doubled this recipe however I am pretty sure it would work just fine with this recipe. :)

    1. I make these in a regular muffin pan and it makes 10. If you use a mini muffin pan, you’ll make 20.

  8. My oldest daughter just got braces and is looking for an alternative to a sandwich in her lunchbox. I can’t wait for her to try these! Thank you!
