oreo stuffed chocolate chip cookies

These Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Chip Cookies are amazingly yummy cookies with an Oreo cookie surprise in the middle!  If you use premade cookie dough, these can be put together within a few minutes!  We baked these in a muffin pan… you can use regular size or mini muffins depending on how big you want your cups.

Be sure not to over bake them, you want them just cooked so they are rich and gooey in the middle and not dry!  I just used some store bought frosting to top mine!

  1. I made these today and they got rave reviews. I made the cookie dough from scratch and the only change I made was to add about 1/2 teaspoon of salt. I’m not sure how many cookie/muffins this was supposed to yield, but I got 18. I baked mine for 14 minutes. Far too rich for everyday, but will be making these again.

  2. Oh wow these look so good, will definitely give this recipe a try! I can feel my clothes getting tighter just looking at the pictures ;)

  3. These look amazing, but then, any recipe using Oreo’s is amazing in my book. I host a party on Wednesday’s and I would love for you to stop by and share this with my friends.
