taco dip with toppings including lettuce, tomatoes, cheese and olives

I made this the other night as an appetizer when we had guests over and it was a huge hit!  I prepared all of it ahead of time and put it in the oven as our guests arrived!

I mean, really, how could you go wrong with cheesy, creamy taco dip with all the fixin’s?  Needless to say, it was gone almost as soon as I put it out!

  1. Where does the Monterey Jack cheese come in? Recipe has instructions for the 2 cups of cheddar, but nothing for the 1 cup of Monterey jack. Pls advise. Thanks!

  2. Great recipe made with lean ground turkey – tons of flavor! I find no need to bake it I just add the salsa at the end when the cheese is melted. 3 stars
