Cheese Cream cheese and processed cheese make a great creamy base. I add in a handful of sharp cheddar for some extra flavor!
Milk Just a splash or two will make this have a great dipping consistency.
Make it Spicy

How many days will cheese sausage dip stay good ?
Hi Patti, this dip will stay good in the fridge for up to 3-4 days if it’s stored in an airtight container. Reheat it on the stovetop or in the microwave. Please let us know how it turns out for you!
Sooo amazing!!!
Italian Sausage Cheese Dip
This dip was delicious, I used Imperial Cheese and it was a little too salty for some, so would recommend using a 1/2 cup if you are watching your salt intake. I had some leftover, and made macaroni and added this dip with parmesan cheese on top…. Very delicious!
I havent bought Velveeta cheese since the 80’s, and it does add a nice creamy texture.
