EGGS Use two eggs for this recipe or the equivalent in liquid egg products. If you add extra eggs, you will need to add extra cooking time.
MILK Adding a splash of milk to the eggs makes them a little fluffier and ensures they don’t overcook in the microwave.
Need to make this without dairy? Substitute with a milk alternative like soy or almond milk or even water.

This may be a stupid question but….. how do you cook the eggs in the microwave and stir them frequently at the same time?
When the eggs are uncovered I check them every 10 seconds or so to give them a quick stir. I hope this helps Jeannette!
