  1. This is such a super easy cake recipe to make, I make it all the time (again for tomorrow as going to a friend’s for supper and I am in charge of dessert)! My cousin used to make something similar years ago, her husband called it divorce cake because he would eat almost all of it then tell her if she made again he would divorce her as he could eat the whole thing!5 stars

  2. OMG!!! made this for my work peeps and was it ever the best cake anyone has ever tried!! My boss had 2 pieces and still wanted more!! Thankx for a GREAT recipe. I made 2 of them and they were both gobbled up in 2 days. Will surely make again…maybe for summer time.

      1. Hi Cindi, they are poured separately. There are images in the post showing how you do it. Enjoy!

  3. I gotta tell ya. My Mother made this Cake when I was Younger. She made it seem so Bothersome to do. You have made it so simple seeming. This is a recipe I will definitely remember. Thank You!

    1. Hi Debbie, I poke them most of the way down, perhaps ¾. Just enough to make sure that the caramel/condensed milk can soak into the cake.
