This is a perfect weekend snack! My kids love smoothies because to them they taste like dessert yet they are so good for them!
This is super simple to put together and definitely versatile!

- 1 sliced Banana
- 1 cup cut Strawberries
- 1 cup Ice
- 6 oz Vanilla Yogurt
- 1/4 cup Milk , coconut milk or almond milk
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 teaspoons wheat germ
- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds (let soak in milk 5 minutes first)
Put all the ingredients in blender.
Blend until ice is crushed.
