Why We Love Air Fryer Home Fries

  • We love home fries for all meals. Like most air fryer recipes, this is easy to make and a cinch to clean up.
  • These use way less oil making them healthier (and equally delicious).
  • They can be made to order in minutes.
  • Even frozen potatoes can be used just by adjusting the cooking times.

Ingredient Tips

  • Potatoes: I prefer russet potatoes for this recipe because they are starchy, so they cook up fluffy. Any potato can be used, including Yukon gold and red potatoes.
  • Peppers & Onions: Onions and peppers add flavor to these homefries, any color bell pepper will do.
  • Seasoning: I keep it simple with garlic powder & seasoned salt. Add your own favorite herbs.

Variations: Try a combination of baby potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, and even bacon bits to transform this recipe into a whole new side.

Serving Suggestions

Home fries are great next to any meal.
