spiked creamsicle cocktail in a martini glass with vodka and oranges in the background

This is a delicious concoction I came up with on a hot summer day!  I love Creamsicles, and while this isn’t a Creamsicle, it certainly curbs the craving!  I don’t generally like sweet drinks and found this to be just about right for a treat!

It is not as sweet as a Creamsicle and still had the nice tart flavor of the orange juice!  If you prefer a more creamy flavor, you can add in 1 oz of half & half.. but I enjoyed the freshness of this drink!

If you have vanilla vodka, definitely use that.. it tastes extra yummy.  If you don’t regular vodka works just as well!

Cheers!

Note:  This drink does not come out thick like a milkshake.
