This is a delicious concoction I came up with on a hot summer day!  I love Creamsicles, and while this isn’t a Creamsicle, it certainly curbs the craving!  I don’t generally like sweet drinks and found this to be just about right for a treat!

It is not as sweet as a Creamsicle and still had the nice tart flavor of the orange juice!  If you prefer a more creamy flavor, you can add in 1 oz of half & half.. but I enjoyed the freshness of this drink!

If you have vanilla vodka, definitely use that.. it tastes extra yummy.  If you don’t regular vodka works just as well!

Spiked Creamsicle

This is a delicious concoction I came up with on a hot summer day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Vodka (or Vanilla Vodka)
  • 1/2 oz triple sec
  • 4 oz Orange Juice
  • 1/2 -3/4 cup ice cream (I use vanilla)
  • 2 ice cubes

Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve cold!
