Ingredients

  • 1 ounce your favorite drink
  • 10 fresh cherries pitted (see note)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons granulated sugar
  • ½ lime juiced
  • 6 ice cubes

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

I had a cherry pitter that I'd used for years but it melted in the dishwasher (thanks kids!). So… for this drink, I placed each cherry on the top of a water bottle opening and poked it with a chop stick. This popped the pit out of each one. With most, I had to pull it off but it was fairly quick once i got going.
