Are you a Nutella fan? If so, you’re really going to love this Nutella Mug Cake recipe!! It makes a perfect quick snack, and it’s so decadent! The best part of this is that you can throw it together very quickly and it cooks in the microwave!

Make sure you use a really large mug for this or even a small bowl because it does bubble up a bit.  You will need to try it out a couple of times to get the timing right for your own microwave because they vary so much!

Note:  I used to put oil in this recipe when I made it but I soon realized it was unnecessary.

  1. This was amazing and we couldn’t believe it was from the microwave as it was better than a lot of oven versions I’ve made! The fact it is so easy to make is a bonus; I love how you only need a tablespoon to measure. I made the recipe as stated but doubled it and added a handful of chocolate chips into the middle half way through cooking. This gave it a lovely melted chocolatey centre. I baked it for about 2 and a half minutes in total in a glass Pyrex bowl and it came out perfectly and lovely texture and flavour. Thanks for the delicious recipe, I will be making this again!5 stars
