JalapeƱo Cheddar Burgers (Turkey or Beef) are so delicious and super easy to make!
These burgers are made with favorites like cheese, mushrooms, onions and jalapeƱo to deliver a burger that is tender and juicy!
Your family will go wild for these burgers!
I LOVE Burgers! Ā Beef, turkey, pork… Ā I love them all! Ā Cheese, mushrooms, onions, jalapeƱo…. Ā there is almost nothing I don’t love on burgers!
These might be my absolute favorite turkey burgers of all time!! Ā The delicious jalapeƱoĀ cheddar filling in these burgers keeps lean meat juicy and tender while adding tons of flavor! Ā The burgers in the photo were made with turkey, but I have also done these with lean beef and they were equally delicious! Ā They can broiled in the oven or cooked on the grill!
If you prefer, you can purchase a stuffed burger press to get perfectly uniform stuffed burgers… Ā or you can just do them by hand. Either way, you won’t be disappointed with these delicious patties!Ā Ā

My family absolutely LOVE these! My husband and I started the keto diet a couple of weeks ago and I found your recipe last week and made them…delish! I used 90/10 sirloin beef and sprinkled a little Tony’s Seasoning…us louisianaians put Tony’s in a lot of our dishes! Don’t think I can ever make another “regular” burger. Stuffed burgers for me and my Fam!
A little messy but so good!! I used pickled jalapeƱos and grilled them. Ā Everyone in my family loved them so they will go in the keeper file!Ā
Woohoo! So glad you liked these burgers! :)
I am eating one right now and it is soooo good! They busted open at the top but still taste great! We will definitely have them again! Thanks so much for sharing!
I’m so glad you loved them!
For those wanting the Macros on these, I made mine with 1.5 lbs 80/20 Ground Beef with a end result of 4 patties. Each patty yields the following: Calories: 543 / Fat: 37 / Carbs: 3 / Protein: 45
These sound and look great! By chance do you happen to know nutritional value of this meal? Looking for the carbohydrate value per serving.
just wondering how the burgers stay together with nothing to bind the meat?
We grill the meat separately from the other ingredients!
Making these for the 3rd time. They are so good! Used pickled jalapenos (10 slices). Bacon wrapping them yhis time. Yum.
I’m so glad you love them Katy! Wrapping them in bacon sounds amazing!!
I was wondering what the nutrition facts are for this, looks like a lovely recipe!
Made these tonight! Must say they are a hit! Will be making these again!
SO GOOD. I just made these and they were simple and easy and delicious! Thanks for the recipe.
These look amazing!! I’m including them in a burger round-up tomorrow if that’s okay!
I almost skipped making these after reading the one negative comment (seeing that there were no positive reviews from anyone who made them)–I’m so glad I didn’t! I added garlic powder and extra s&p to my turkey meat (bought 94% lean rather than 99% as instructed) and topped the burgers with guac, tomato, and sliced jalapenos–absolutely delicious! Perfect summer burger, thanks for the fantastic recipe!
Thank you for sharing Nicolle!
Thank you for including me in your round up Matt, can’t wait to see what other yummy concoctions are in it!
This recipe looks so yummy! We featured it as part of our May 2015 meal plan.
These are making me SO hungry! Jalapeno cheddar is probably one of my top three favorite flavor combinations. I definitely want to make these!!
Made these tonight, definitely not a repeat recipe. Didn’t have any real flavor & didn’t hold together like described. Thumbs down.
I’m sorry you didn’t enjoy these, we loved them! Did you use turkey or beef to prepare your burgers?
This looks fantastic! Thanks for linking up with What’s Cookin’ Wednesday!
