These adorable cookies are perfect for any time of year. They are simple to make because they start with a boxed mix!
Be sure that when you put your cookies on the tray, the dough is taller rather than wide to avoid having it spread too much!
Note: This recipe has been re-tested and edited for a better consistency and an easier procedure.
Could you use butter instead of oil?
I have never tried this recipe with melted butter but would love to hear how it turns out for you!

So good
Just made these today and they turned out great! The first batch came not quite so pink even though I took them out at 10 minutes but 8 minutes seemed to be the perfect time. Thanks for the delicious idea! :)
Are these cookies soft, chewy, or firm?
I really like what I have seen so far.
So yummy!
