Shepherd’s Pie Recipe
This Shepherdโs Pie is an extra fast weeknight meal. It has saucy ground meat and vegetables covered in a mashed potato crust and baked to bubbly perfection.
You can prepare it fresh or use leftover meat and veggies. With a variety of shortcut sauce options, it is easy to customize for whatever you have in the pantry too. I’d say it doesn’t get any better, but it also freezes and reheats beautifully! What more could you want?!

- Lentil Shepherd’s Pie (p.80): This is the recipe that made me love lentils! This recipe has a rich and hearty sauce, it’s a homey twist that is just as cozy as the original.
