How to Peel Peaches
This is a quick and easy method to peel peaches

Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to a rolling boil.
Prepare a large bowl with ice and cold water, and place it beside the boiling water.
Lightly score each peach on the bottom, with an “X” shape just to pierce the skin.
Place peaches, 2 at a time, into the boiling water for 10 to 20 seconds until the skin starts to split.
Using a slotted spoon, immediately transfer each peach to the ice water bath to stop the cooking process.
Starting at the “X” you made, use a paring knife to remove the skin. The whole skin should just slide right off easily!
