  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon grainy mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 cups shredded cabbage
  • 2 tart apples , cored julienned (or shredded)
  • 1 cup carrots shredded

  1. Combine dressing ingredients in a small bowl & set aside
  2. Toss with slaw ingredients
  3. Allow to sit for at least 1 hour before serving
