Baked Brie with Cranberries & Pecans
Servings 6 servings
Great party appetizer that is both fancy feeling and delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 wheel brie 8-12 ounces
- ¼ cup whole berry cranberry sauce or preserves
- ¼ cup pecans
- 2 tablespoons real maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Spread cranberry sauce over brie, combine pecans and maple syrup and spread on top.
- Place on a parchment lined pan and bake 14-17 minutes or until cheese is starting to melt. Remove from oven and allow to cool at least 10 minutes.
Notes
Leftover cranberry sauce is perfect in this recipe. Homemade is best of course and can easily be frozen and saved to use in this recipe.
