  • 1 bunch asparagus trimmed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons toasted pine nuts optional
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest optional
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese grated, optional

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Wash asparagus and snap off woody stems.
  3. Place asparagus on a pan and toss with olive oil, garlic and salt & pepper.
  4. Roast 8-10 minutes or just until tender crisp.

  5. Top with desired toppings
