  • 4 cups shredded carrots about 6 large
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 8 oz crushed pineapple lightly drained
  • salt and pepper to taste

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and  mix well to combine.

  2. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
