  • 12 oz cranberries about 3 cups
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup water or orange juice
  • 1 cinnamon stick

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10-12 minutes uncovered.

  3. Cool and serve.
