Biscuit Crusted Chicken Pot Pie

Chicken pot pie is such a great and hearty meal which is packed with yummy goodness!!
- 2 cups frozen vegetables
- 1 1/2 cups cooked diced chicken
- 1 can 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup
- 1/4 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- salt & pepper to taste
- 3/4 cup milk divided
- 1 cup biscuit mix such as bisquick
- 1 egg
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine vegetables, chicken, soup, 1/4 cup milk and seasoning in a 9" deep dish pie pan.
In a separate bowl, combine biscuit mix, egg and remaining 1/2 cup milk. Stir with a fork and pour over the chicken mixture.
Bake uncovered 30 minutes or lightly browned.
