This easy cheesy taco skillet is effortless making it the perfect weeknight meal.

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup red pepper
  • 1/4 cup green pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 box Velveeta Shells & Cheese Bold Jalapeño
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • Tomatoes
  • Olives
  • Cilantro

  1. In a large skillet brown ground beef, onion and garlic until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
  2. Stir in peppers, chili powder, cumin, dry shell pasta, jalapeno seasoning packet, milk and water.
  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover. Simmer 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add in Velveeta cheese packet and stir until heated through.
  4. Sprinkle with your favorite toppings and serve immediately.
