A simple marinade makes these grilled pork chops wonderfully tender and tasty!

  • 1/2 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4-6 boneless loin chops 3/4" thick

  1. Combine all marinade ingredients in a large freezer bag. Add pork chops and marinate at least 2 hours.
  2. Preheat grill to medium high.
  3. Grill pork 5-7 minutes per side or until temperature reaches 145°F. Do not overcook.

  4. Let pork rest on a plate 5 minutes before serving.
