Banana Pancakes with Apple Topping!

- 2 bananas , mashed
- 1 cup flour
- 1 tablespoons sugar (granulated or brown)
- 2 ½ teaspoons salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 3 apples
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ cup water

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In another bowl, combine wet ingredients and add to the flour mixture. Stir just until combined and add the mashed bananas.
Cook over a greased hot griddle, using about ¼ cup of batter per pancake for a couple of minutes on each side until bubbles start to appear and the edges start to look somewhat dry.
Peel and thinly slice the apples and combine them in a bowl with the sugar, cinnamon and water. Cook in a skillet for 10 minutes and spoon on top of pancakes.
