This Jalapeno Popper Cheese Fondue is easy, cheesy and crazy good! It comes together quickly on the stovetop making it the perfect dish to enjoy with your friends gathered around the table! You can serve this in a bowl (no fondue pot required), keep it warm in a ceramic pot, or even serve it in a bread bowl.

  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 green onions , sliced
  • 3 oz cream cheese
  • 4 oz cheddar cheese , shredded
  • 4 oz swiss cheese , shredded
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese , shredded
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1/2 lb bacon , cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 4 oz jalapeno peppers , drained and chopped
  • warm pretzel bread for serving

  1. Simmer wine, garlic & green onion for 2 minutes. Stir in cream cheese until melted.
  2. Toss all shredded cheeses with flour. Add Cheese a handful at a time over low heat until melted.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients (except bread). Serve warm with bread for dipping.
