Strawberry Chocolate Breakfast Parfait

- 1 box Garden Lites chocolate muffins
- 2 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 cup fresh strawberries
- 4 tablespoons whipped topping (optional)
- 1 pint strawberries , divided
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Wash and chop strawberries. Add honey, vanilla and 2/3 of the chopped strawberries to a medium saucepan.
Cook over medium heat until juices are released and slightly thickened (about 15 minutes). Sauce will thicken more while cooling.
Stir in remaining strawberries and remove from heat. Cool completely.
Layer 1/4 cup fresh strawberries in the bottom of each container.
Cut Garden Lites chocolate muffins into cubes. Place 1/2 muffin, cut, into each container.
Top with 1/4 cup Greek yogurt and 2 tablespoons strawberry sauce.
Repeat layers. Top with whipped topping if desired. Serve immediately.
