  • 1 package Flatout Fold-It Traditional White
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons oregano , divided
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 pound ground lamb
  • 1/2 cup onion , minced
  • 2 cloves garlic , minced
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 3 tablespoons red wine
  • 1 tablespoon hummus
  • feta cheese
  • diced cucumbers
  • diced tomatoes
  • diced red onion
  • kalamata olives
  • tzatziki (homemade or store bought)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cut each Flatout Fold-It in half so you have 12 circles. Lightly brush each circle with olive oil. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oregano and seasoning salt over each circle. Place seasoned side down in a muffin tin and bake 12-14 minutes or until crisp.
  3. Meanwhile, brown lamb, onion and garlic until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
  4. Add in tomato paste, red wine, hummus and remaining 1 teaspoon of oregano. Stir until heated and thickened.
  5. Divide lamb mixture into pita cups. Sprinkle with desired toppings and drizzle with tzatziki.
  6. Serve warm.
