Cut each Flatout Fold-It in half so you have 12 circles. Lightly brush each circle with olive oil. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of oregano and seasoning salt over each circle. Place seasoned side down in a muffin tin and bake 12-14 minutes or until crisp.
Meanwhile, brown lamb, onion and garlic until no pink remains. Drain any fat.
Add in tomato paste, red wine, hummus and remaining 1 teaspoon of oregano. Stir until heated and thickened.
Divide lamb mixture into pita cups. Sprinkle with desired toppings and drizzle with tzatziki.
