Creamy Jalapeno Dip
  • 2 Jalapenos seeded and stem removed
  • 1 cup cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • juice from 1 lime
Optional Toppings

  • cilantro
  • diced onion
  • diced tomato
  • cheddar or Cotija cheese
  • sliced jalapeno
