Instant Pot Hard Boiled Eggs

Did you know you can cook the most perfect hard boiled eggs in the Instant Pot at the touch of a button? I know, it’s crazy easy.
- 6 large eggs (as many as you like)
- 1 cup cold water
Place the rack in your instant pot. Add eggs to the rack, pour in 1 cup cold water and seal the lid.
Press manual button and decrease time to 5 minutes (it should show high pressure).
Once time is up, let naturally release 5 minutes. Once done, quick release steam and place eggs in an ice water bath for at least 5 minutes.
Peel and enjoy!
