Welcome to our 12th weekly meal plan! (if you missed last week’s you can find it here) I hope this plan makes your week just a little bit easier and inspires you in the kitchen! Every Sunday I will be sharing a list of yummy main dish ideas! This week’s plan features a variety of dishes that are perfect for lunch and dinner and you’ll also find a couple of delicious desserts!
I definitely love the idea of planning the week ahead of time! Not only does it make the grocery shopping easy but I find I spend so much less time trying to come up with ideas when I do it all at once or my week is planned! (I’ve also got a free Printable Grocery list here). Of course these meals can be made in any order. I’ve left one day free for date night, included some suggestions for sides and of course you’ll find some delicious desserts to finish off the week!
I hope you enjoy these suggestions as much as I did! Please be sure to stop by and visit each of the blogs below who have shared their yummy dishes with us!
This Sausage Egg Roll In A Bowl is super filling, low carb and FULL of flavor! The best part is that it is done in less than 20 minutes! If your family isn’t big on pork, you can easily swap it for chicken. I think this is a complete dinner, no sides necessary!
This Loaded Potato and Chicken Casserole is sure to become a family favorite! Seasoned potatoes and chicken are baked together and topped with cheese, green onions and bacon…how can this not taste amazing?! Garlic Parmesan Crescent Rolls would go great on the side with this.
If you have a busy day planned for Wednesday, you are going to LOVE that this Easy Goulash is tonight’s meal! Easy, quick AND delicious! A nice tossed salad and some rolls would complement this dish very well. I’ll be making a batch of Garlic Cheese Bombs for the side!
If you like alfredo but can’t eat it without feeling guilty, you are going to LOVE this Skinny Chicken Alfredo… all of the flavor without all of the fat! This pasta dish is rich, creamy and so delicious!! I plan on serving a fresh salad on the side.
This Chipotle BBQ Chicken Salad tastes just as good (actually, better!) than what you can get a restaurant but costs a LOT less! The salad itself is packed with flavor and the Tomatillo Avocado Ranch really perfects this dish, but I don’t think it’s complete without some Homemade Salsa on the side!
I’m a huge Olive Garden fan so I have a feeling I will be making this Copycat Olive Garden Zuppa Toscana pretty often (especially now since it’s going to start getting colder)! I will be serving it with some 30 Minute Dinner Rolls.
What week wouldn’t be complete without something sweet to finish off the day? Here are a couple of amazing recipes for a perfect dessert!
I hope you’ve enjoyed this meal plan brought to you by my friends below and I hope we’ve inspired you in the kitchen this week! I would love to hear your feedback and which recipes you made and loved!! Have a fabulous week!
